check that link:
http://www.hrfdesign.com/nexrun/forum/viewtopic.php?f=7&t=4

you should be able to copy maps out of your dlcache/
you'll need this file too (should be in your dlcache): zzz_q3a_compat_alpha1.pk3

Thanks Radio, i'm gonna try this when i get home tonight, i guess it will solve the whole thing. =)

It seems that with the "defrag compat packs" i can add defrag movements to my CTS server.
Defrag movements are based on CPM right? Do u know if i can use this movements on my server for DM/TDM etc too?
So my Nex server would look and run quite similar to the old Q3 CPMA?

Hope I've been clear enough.

Meh, it's not working =(. downloaded the files Fruitie said, placed in the folder he said and tried to run the server again. Still the old movements. =(
Once i started the server i ran the folowing
gametype cts
changelevel azure

Still i had weapons in that map, thought it would have changed it.

Could it be the OS? I'm under win7 atm, can't do it on a linux distro =(
I tried to run CTS from inside the game (in the multiplayer panel, just to be clear =)) but still the same.

Today, a first public release of xonotic has been published. It should include the cts mod and promode physics. I'll let you know how to set up a local cts server with xonotic once I tried it myself. Smile

Oh well, some maps seem to work (tested: vanilla maps), others don't (tested: pornstar maps). Anyway, to start a local xonotic cts server:
1. copy cts maps out of your nexuiz dlcache/ to your xonotic data/
2. start server via menu option "race cts"
3. in console, enter "exec physicsXPM.cfg"

You should be able to play nexrun cts maps with xonotic promode physics (which are very similar to nexrun cts physics). I'll give you an update as soon as I did further testing. Smile

Nice, i ran xonotic just a couple of times and movements are faster and easier than nexuiz.
I tried some CTS maps without the physic cfg and it's way different from the nexuiz's CTS server.
Gonna try some more CTS later on. Thanks for you help/info, it helped a lot.

Since I like Xonotic's movements, i'm gonna have a local Xonotic server running to host LAN matches with friends. Since we are used to Nexuiz maps like Soylent/Eggandbacon/evilspace etc do u know if i can find them somewhere to get them usable on Xonotics?

Thanks

I need another help. How can i show player statistics(kill/deaths at least) on the score tab?
I got it as default for DM matches, I would like to add it on TDM gametype too.

Thanks
